Delivery & Returns
Timports delivers FLAM.ECO® premium kiln dried firewood across England, Wales and Scotland, including selected island locations and the Isle of Man.
All firewood orders are delivered kerbside. Your pallet will be placed at the nearest accessible roadside point next to your property.
Delivery Access & Unloading
Before placing your order, please check the following:
- Vehicle access: Standard deliveries use an 18-tonne vehicle, approximately 2.55 m wide, 4 m high and 11 m long. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access.
- Access restrictions: Tell us in advance about narrow lanes, parking restrictions, road weight limits or any other access issues. Alternative arrangements must be discussed before delivery.
- Ground conditions: Deliveries use a manual pump truck. An electric pump truck cannot be guaranteed. Tail-lift unloading requires level ground.
- Unsuitable surfaces: Pump trucks cannot travel over gravel, loose stones, cobbles, grass, slopes or un-tarmacked lanes and tracks.
- Delivery location: Moving goods onto a driveway or into a garage is at the driver’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
- Lifting equipment: Delivery vehicles do not have a crane or HIAB. Logs cannot be lifted over fences, walls or hedges.
Requesting a Smaller Delivery Vehicle
You can request a 7.5-tonne vehicle at checkout. It is approximately 2.55 m wide, 3.5 m high and 7.8 m long, with a maximum tail-lift load of 750 kg.

Delivery Dates & Options
You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We will do our best to meet it, but preferred dates are not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Times may vary during peak periods, so please order early, especially before Christmas.
Orders are dispatched once payment has fully cleared.
- Standard delivery: Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm. Free to eligible postcodes.
- Morning delivery: Monday–Friday, before 12 noon. £25.
- Afternoon delivery: Monday–Friday, after 1 pm. £25.
- Saturday delivery: Saturday, 8 am–12 noon. £65.

Free standard delivery of kiln dried hardwood logs is available to the majority of UK postcodes within our delivery coverage. The following regional surcharges apply.
All charges below are per product. These surcharges do not apply to kindling or firelighters.

Areas We Do Not Deliver To
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or TR21–TR25.
Delivery Without a Signature
You can request delivery without a signature at checkout. This authorises the carrier to leave your order at the kerbside delivery point without obtaining a signature.
Re-delivery Charges
A re-delivery fee may apply if no one is available to accept your order or if undisclosed access issues prevent delivery.
Please tell us about any special requirements before ordering so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Delivery Problems
Please report damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations & Returns
The cancellation terms below apply to consumer orders placed online or by phone.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel before delivery or within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Contact us to let us know you wish to cancel.
Returning your goods
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods, unless we have agreed to collect them. You can arrange your own courier or ask us to arrange collection. Collection costs are quoted on request.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return transport costs.
Receiving your refund
For returns you arrange yourself, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. If we have offered to collect the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Your refund includes any standard delivery charge paid. Additional charges for premium delivery are not included.
We may reduce your refund if handling beyond reasonable inspection has reduced the value of the goods.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Our nationwide service supplies FLAM.ECO® premium kiln dried firewood to homes and businesses across England, Wales and Scotland, as well as selected island locations.
Firewood Delivery in England
- South West: Avon, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
- South East and London: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Kent, London, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.
- East of England: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
- Midlands: Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
- Northern England: Cheshire, Cleveland, Durham, Hull, Lancashire, Northumberland and Yorkshire.
Regional surcharges apply to TR postcodes. Delivery is not available to TR21–TR25.
Firewood Delivery in Wales
Our Welsh delivery coverage includes Anglesey, Flintshire and Monmouthshire. Please contact us with your postcode to check delivery options for your location.

Our Scottish delivery areas include Dumfries & Galloway, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Kirkcaldy, Motherwell, Paisley, Galashiels, Dundee, Perthshire, Aberdeenshire, Inverness-shire, Oban, Connel and Benderloch.

Island Delivery & the Isle of Man
We deliver to selected island locations, including the Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and the Outer Hebrides, as well as the Isle of Man.

Billing and Invoicing - How It Works
1. When an item is purchased from Timports Ltd an invoice is automatically sent to the customer with the relevant details on, Timports address, telephone contact number, customer address, any extra details on delivery access, delivery dates requested.
2. The invoice will state the payment type, cheque or credit card.
3. Trade customers wil be invoiced 28 days from the date of delivery unless other arrangements has been authorized by Timports Ltd.
We take online payments for our products/services. We use VsPay/Stripe and Global Payments as our gateway providers and HSBC Bank as our external payment provider. We require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to HSBC who check the address against the card holder's details for security purposes.
We don't store the credit card details on our server but we do store the billing details and a unique reference to your card details on the HSBC server so that we can process renewals or so you can pay again with the same card more easily. We also use the billing details in case we need to contact you regarding payments e.g. for an outstanding invoice or failed transaction.
HSBC requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure HSBC server and data passing between Global Payments servers and HSBC are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
The Timports Ltd website is a secure website. Every time you enter an area of the site that carries or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon resembling a padlock will appear in your browser window and turn green. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This is an indication that the site is secure.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cheque, items will be dispatched once payments have cleared by bank transfer and cheque.
Prices for all goods are listed on the website. Prior to finalizing you will be shown the total price for the goods inclusive of VAT and any delivery charges. In the event that we have sold-out of any items you have ordered, you will be informed by phone/e-mail within 5 working days. Prices are correct at time of publication, all prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
