Shipping & Delivery
In order to cover the UK we operate with 3rd party pallet distribution networks, nationwide deliveries of pallets/logs are made by a vehicle equipped with a tail-lift. The goods are lowered from the lorry via the tail-lift and then positioned on your property by means of a man operated pump truck. The pump truck will not travel over soft or loose surfaces such as gravel or grass.
The delivery vehicle does not have a crane and cannot lift goods over fences, walls or hedges. In the rare event of any damage caused to your property upon delivery – they are fully responsible and insured. Excess gradients can cause health and safety issues with the lowering down of the goods. The crate/pallet of nets requires a smooth flat surface for positioning.
*Any delivery scenario can be overcome or worked around with our bespoke service, please contact us to discuss any special requirements that may cause concern and we can make the necessary arrangements. Any undisclosed delivery issues may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

Returns & Replacements
1. Any delivery issues must be reported immediately to Timports Ltd, in the unlikely event of an incorrect delivery Timports Ltd will rectify immediately once notified.
2. Upon notification and agreement, payment will be refunded within 28 days to the customer less all charges, in the event of any dispute, resulting in the goods being returned to Timports Ltd.
3. You are welcome to return any items using your own courier or alternatively we can offer a collection and return service. The cost for return transport will be quoted on request.
4. We will refund your payment within 28 days of the goods being returned.
Billing and Invoicing – How It Works
1. When an item is purchased from Timports Ltd an invoice is automatically sent to the customer with the relevant details on, Timports address, telephone contact number, customer address, any extra details on delivery access, delivery dates requested.
2. The invoice will state the payment type, cheque or credit card.
3. Trade customers wil be invoiced 28 days from the date of delivery unless other arrangements has been authorized by Timports Ltd.
We take online payments for our products/services). We use Global Iris as our gateway provider and HSBC Bank as our external payment provider. We require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to HSBC who check the address against the card holder’s details for security purposes.
We don’t store the credit card details on our server but we do store the billing details and a unique reference to your card details on the HSBC server so that we can process renewals or so you can pay again with the same card more easily. We also use the billing details in case we need to contact you regarding payments e.g. for an outstanding invoice or failed transaction.
HSBC requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure HSBC server and data passing between RomanCart servers and HSBC are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We only store reference details of the most recent card that you have used to purchase on our site, not multiple card details. Your Personal Information is stored in RomanCart databases. This allows our customers to have a positive experience through checkout procedure By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer of data between RomanCart and HSBC.
The Timports Ltd website is a secure website. Every time you enter an area of the site that carries or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon resembling a padlock will appear in your browser window and turn green. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This is an indication that the site is secure.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website at any time before the goods are dispatched, or within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of return delivery providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cheque, items will be dispatched once payments have cleared by bank transfer and cheque.
Prices for all goods are listed on the website. Prior to finalizing you will be shown the total price for the goods inclusive of VAT and any delivery charges. In the event that we have sold-out of any items you have ordered, you will be informed by phone/e-mail within 5 working days. Prices are correct at time of publication, all prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
